Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after being received on our website. The Equine Company utilizes UPS Standard Ground shipping. Shipping fees will be figured off line for orders that are to be shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all International destinations. A surcharge of $12.95 will be added to our rates when shipping to Canada.

Sales are final unless product is determined by The Equine Company to be defective under the manufacturer’s warranty. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained and an RMA form filled out before sending an item back. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received by The Equine Company within 30 days after purchase date.

There are no returns on sale or featured items.

Normal shipping is done via U.P.S. (United Parcel Service) Standard Ground and by U.S. postal services.
